About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain a high standard across a friendly residential development in Hounslow, West London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the estate remains clean, safe, and well-presented at all times, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
This is a hands-on role involving estate upkeep, waste management, cleaning duties, and general site support.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure all bin stores are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis
*Disinfect bin stores weekly, including jet washing as and when required
*Move bins for scheduled collections and return them after collection
*Break down and dispose of bulk waste where appropriate within the bulk storage areas
*Sweep and maintain cycle stores on a weekly basis
*Sweep and clear residential car park weekly
*Keep garden/podium areas clean and presentable across the development
*Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the bin stores, cycle stores and residential car park areas
*Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all stair cores, from the Ground Floor through to Basement Level -2.
*Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the residential car park ramp on a weekly basis
*Report to management any damages of assets
*Report any complaints or feedback received from residents
*Report to management as and when requested.
