We’re working with a modern, growing accountancy firm in Manchester that’s looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with clients, having a bit more ownership and actually getting involved in the businesses behind the numbers.
What you’ll be doing*Looking after your own portfolio of clients
*Preparing accounts, tax returns and VAT
*Producing management accounts
*Speaking directly with clients and answering queries
*Providing practical tax and accounting advice
*Helping clients understand their numbers and make better decisions
*Working with the wider team to deliver a great service
About youYou’ll ideally have:
*Experience in accountancy practice
*Strong accounts and tax knowledge
*Experience managing clients
*Good communication skills
*A proactive, commercial approach
*ACA/ACCA or relevant QBE experience
