What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing the lettings process from applicant registration through to completion
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Matching applicants to suitable properties and generating new business
*Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to completion
*Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
*Maintaining a high level of service throughout the lettings process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within residential estate agency
*Proven track record in lettings and achieving targets
*Strong knowledge of the London lettings market
*Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
*Professional, personable and well-presented manner
*Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
*Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business generation
*Full UK driving licence and own car advantageous
