*£29,000 Basic salary per annum Plus Bens

*Monday – Friday 9-5pm
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts while promoting a range of B2B services. You’ll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure customers receive outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
*Develop strong relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities.
*Promote and sell a range of freight and logistics services.
*Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
*Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
*Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
*Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the CRM system.
About You
*Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within a B2B sales role.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A proactive approach to winning and retaining business.
*Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
*Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
