We have just been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee to join a busy, dedicated team in Hillingdon.
Our client prides themselves on recruiting enthusiastic individuals and providing them with a dynamic, friendly and professional environment to thrive in. The majority of the team have been with them for many years, and nothing pleases them more than seeing one of their new starters developing into a senior role.
Personal specification:
*Some experience as a residential lettings negotiator would be advantageous but is not essential
*Have knowledge of the local area (desirable)
*Sales driven
*Will ensure that our client’s excellent reputation is upheld
*Has a good sense of humour
*Is assertive, confident, friendly, genuine
*Has a full UK driving licence and own car.
This lettings negotiator position will come with a basic salary of £22,000 to £25,500 depending on experience, plus on target earnings of £25,000 to £35,000.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 3pm with a day off in lieu.
