Job Description:
You will be accountable for delivering a tenure blind, professional, pro-active, visable, high quality, customer-centric service addressing engrained anti-social behaviour & delivering tenancy success through resolution & enforcement s across a locality.

Requirements:
A sound knowledge and experience of ASB case management, legal work and court process.
Working with external partner agencies, solicitors and internal teams.
Delivering great customer service and proven track record in customer satisfaction.
Must be able to drive and have access to a car to enable extensive travel across Oxfordshire.
