Weekly paid every Thursday
Mon-Fri
Paid holiday
Pension enrolment after 12 weeks
Our client is looking for between 3-5 individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes.
The Individuals:
*Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Sutton
*Must have previous customer service experience
*Confident communicators both verbal and written
*Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets
*Strong work ethic and a team player
The Role:
*Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations
*Updating internal systems
*Escalating complaints to relevant departments
*Ongoing temporary position until 31 December 2026 currently
Please note, this is not a short term temporary assignment, so please check out our website for shorter term bookings.
