Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively representing a highly successful and established independent estate agency group looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for its busy Brentwood branch.
With a £30,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and realistic earnings of £60,000 - £85,000+, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor who wants quality leads, strong earning potential and genuine long-term career progression.
Due to continued growth, the company also has Mortgage Advisor roles available within its Dagenham, Basildon, Billericay and Chelmsford branches.

The RoleWorking closely with the estate agency team, you’ll provide professional whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing and refinancing properties.
You’ll benefit from a consistent flow of approximately 8-10 pre-qualified appointments each week, generated by the estate agency team, as well as access to an established client database providing further remortgage, product transfer and protection business.
This is not a position where you’ll be expected to generate all of your own leads. The branch teams are proactive in identifying mortgage clients and providing their Mortgage Advisors with a strong and consistent pipeline of business.
The combination of quality leads, whole-of-market advice, an established client bank and uncapped commission provides genuine earning potential of £60,000 - £85,000+ for successful Mortgage Advisors.
Responsibilities*Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice
*Recommend appropriate protection solutions
*Manage clients from initial enquiry through to completion
*Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues
*Maximise mortgage, remortgage and protection business
*Proactively manage existing clients and future opportunities
*Deliver excellent levels of customer service
*Maintain FCA and regulatory compliance
About YouTo be considered, you’ll ideally have:
*Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
*Strong mortgage and protection knowledge
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive and target-driven approach
*Ability to maximise leads and develop long-term client relationships
*Full UK driving licence
*Clean credit history and regulatory record
Estate agency mortgage experience would be advantageous, although applications are welcomed from experienced Mortgage Advisors from other backgrounds.
