IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our client on a long-term commercial construction project in Exeter.
This role offers approximately two years of consistent work with a well-established contractor.
Key Duties*Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.
*Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.
*Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.
*Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.
Requirements*Valid CSCS card.
*Current Traffic Marshall NPORS card or CPCS.
*Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves and goggles.
*Strong communication skills and a reliable approach to work.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer*£17.50 per hour (CIS).
