Hybrid: 3/2
Hours: 9:30am-5:30pmAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading professional services firm. The successful candidate must have previous law firm experience and a strong understanding of WIP, debt management and the wider order-to-cash cycle.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of clients and drive cash collection.
*Monitor WIP and debt, identifying and escalating high-risk balances.
*Support WIP reduction and improved conversion.
*Assist with cash forecasting and monthly exposure reporting.
*Liaise with Partners, Fee Earners, clients and the Cashiers team.
*Assist with reconciliations, reporting and client analysis.
*Recommend appropriate action on debt recovery, settlements and write-offs.
About You*Previous Credit Control experience within a law firm is essential.
*Strong WIP and debt management knowledge.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Confident working with Partners and Fee Earners.
*Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
