Prospero are looking for a driven Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol office!
If you know how to build a desk, thrive on smashing targets and want to be highly rewarded for your work, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with primary, secondary, and SEND schools.
*Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
*Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate attraction through to placement.
*Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
*Provide expert advice and market knowledge to clients and candidates.
*Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
*Maintain accurate records using the CRM and recruitment systems.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.
For this role, you must have previous experience within education recruitment or fast-moving temporary recruitment.
This role is suitable for somebody that is looking for the next step in their career!
For this role you must hold a UK Driving licence.
