Full job descriptionProject Architect / Senior TechnologistLocation: South of England
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Experience: 5+ years UK practice experience
An established and design-focused architectural practice is looking for a Project Architect or Senior Technologist with strong Revit experience to join its collaborative team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality residential projects.
The practice works across a varied portfolio of bespoke residential schemes, including contemporary new-build homes, heritage projects, listed buildings, conversions and bespoke extensions.
The RoleYou will work across multiple projects and RIBA work stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery and project running. Responsibilities will include:
*Developing design proposals and planning documentation
*Producing detailed technical and construction information
*Preparing Building Regulations and tender packages
*Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
*Supporting projects through construction and delivery
*Contributing to design development and technical problem-solving
*Managing your own workload and project responsibilities
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*5+ years’ experience working within UK architectural practice
*Experience running residential projects from design through to delivery
*Strong Revit experience, alongside AutoCAD and SketchUp
*Proven ability to produce detailed technical drawing packages
*Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
*Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills
*A proactive and collaborative approach
*Excellent attention to detail
*An interest in sustainable and low-energy design
*Fluent written and spoken English
*The right to work in the UK
