*Manage and maintain senior team member’s schedules, including organising meetings and appointments.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
*Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff.
*Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Assist with the organisation of events and team activities.
*Ensure timely follow-ups on action points from meetings.

Profile
A successful Senior Personal Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in a similar senior administrative or personal assistant role.

Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000, dependent on the level of experience.
