Title: Senior Paraplanner | Established National Advice Firm | London | Up to £60,000
Location: London (hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days home) Salary: £52,000 - £60,000 plus bonus, pension and full benefits
The firm
A well-established national financial planning business with a substantial London presence, a mature paraplanning function and a genuine track record of promoting from within.
The role
A senior position within an established technical team, with scope to take on mentoring and process responsibility alongside your casework:
*Producing suitability reports on complex cases - DB transfers, IHT planning, trusts and corporate work
*Acting as a technical reference point for junior paraplanners and administrators
*Contributing to research, panel reviews and the ongoing development of report templates and process
*Partnering with a defined group of advisers rather than working from a general pool
What we’re looking for
*Level 4 Diploma qualified, with meaningful progress towards Chartered
*Four or more years’ paraplanning experience, including complex casework
*Confident working independently and comfortable challenging an adviser’s thinking where the technical position warrants it
*Prior experience mentoring junior colleagues is welcome, though not essential
