Enfield Area
£13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday | 08:45am - 5:00pm
Long-Term Position
We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join a busy and well-established property services company based in the Enfield area.
This role involves cleaning and maintaining a portfolio of apartments, permanent residences, and communal areas, ensuring all properties are presented to the highest standard. Candidates with a background in hotel housekeeping or high-standard residential cleaning will be particularly well suited to this position.
Key Duties:
Cleaning apartments and residential properties
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising all areas
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and communal spaces
Preparing properties to a high presentation standard
Reporting any maintenance issues identified on site
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is essential
Hotel-style housekeeping experience highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work overtime when required
