Full job descriptionA leading insurance business is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its commercial finance team.
This is a highly commercial role partnering with underwriting and senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with underwriting and commercial teams.
*Provide financial and performance analysis.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning.
*Analyse profitability, income and portfolio performance.
*Provide commercial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders.
*Support strategic and business performance initiatives.
About You*Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance experience.
*Previous experience within an underwriting insurer is essential.
*Strong commercial and analytical skills.
*Experience partnering with senior underwriting stakeholders.
*Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge.
