Join the Sheffield City Council’s Gleadless Valley Masterplan Regeneration Team as a Project Support Officer. This role is crucial in supporting and delivering key regeneration projects, working closely with Regeneration Project Officers to ensure effective project execution and management.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist Regeneration Project Officers in the delivery of projects within the Gleadless Valley Masterplan.
*Maintain databases and systems, providing robust administrative support.
*Maintain project management systems and ensure documentation is accurate and thorough.
*Undertake research, collate, and summarise information as requested by Regeneration Project Officers.
*Respond to enquiries and correspondence, maintaining own and generic inboxes.
*Plan, organise, and contribute to meetings and events, including producing and disseminating agendas and documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in project support or a similar role, with strong organisational and administrative skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in using databases and document management systems
*Ability to undertake research and provide comprehensive summaries and reports.
