Key Responsibilities*Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients.
*Assess patients and monitor their health and wellbeing.
*Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
*Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
*Work closely with doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team.
*Support patients with their individual care needs.
*Recognise and escalate any changes in a patient’s condition.
*Follow infection prevention, safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
*Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements*Current NMC registration.
*Relevant nursing qualification.
*Previous hospital nursing experience.
*Up-to-date mandatory training.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
*Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
