Elix Sourcing Solutions are a growing, established and successful boutique recruitment agency specialising in the highly lucrative engineering, manufacturing and energy recruitment markets. We work with many leading and well-known companies in these industries across the UK and beyond to help them source great talent for their vacancies.


And that’s where you come in. This role isn’t about winning the customers or doing the sales. Instead, you will be dealing with candidates only. Your role will be doing telephone screenings with candidates, writing job adverts, searching for candidates and messaging potential candidates for vacancies.
