Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a finance team that has recently been through a restructure and is now moving into the next phase of implementing its agreed structure and plans. The role offers hybrid working and will work closely with operational teams across the organisation.
The role:
*Dedicated business partnering with specific operational divisions
*Budget setting, forecasting and financial analysis
*Proactively identifying issues, efficiencies and opportunities
*Attending and leading budget holder meetings
*Providing clear financial insight and challenge to non-finance stakeholders
*Supporting improvements to financial reporting, processes and ways of working
The ideal candidate:
*Management accounting or business partnering experience
*Strong communication skills and confidence working with budget holders
*Comfortable explaining financial information to non-finance stakeholders
*Proactive and able to challenge constructively
*Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
*No specific sector experience required
This could suit an established Finance Business Partner or a strong Management Accountant looking to move into a more business-facing role.
