This is not a permanent role, but being part of the Staff Bank means you’ll have the chance to take on temporary assignments, ranging from regular shifts to one off jobs, depending on availability and operational need.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be scheduling within the Repairs and Maintenance Department for the Blyth area. You will be responsible for monitoring operatives and work across a housing stock for the area of approximately 3,000 properties.
The candidates must be able to;
*Create and maintain schedules for teams.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure resources are available and timelines are met.
*Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
*Communicate updates to team members.
*Use scheduling software or tools.
*Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and regulations
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
*Time management and organisational skills.
*Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Problem-solving and adaptability.
*Technical proficiency in scheduling tools and software.
*Analytical thinking to forecast and optimize schedules.
*Be willing to undertake any necessary training to benefit the needs of the service.
