Full job descriptionAre you currently working in sales looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for an award winning cruise company as a Cruise Sales Executive and will be reconnecting with customers and booking Worldwide Cruise products. This role is Monday to Friday and is office based in Redditch offering a salary of £26,100 and OTE up to £60k but uncapped. Full training provided .

Cruise Sales Executive responsibilities:*Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers
*Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions
*Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why
*Update CRM records accurately
*Build friendly, professional rapport
*Meet and exceed retention targets

Cruise Sales Executive skills required:*Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required)
*Strong objection handling and questioning skills
*Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Confident using CRM and dialling systems
