The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting a Site Engineer to join a growing engineering team, supporting our customers site in Felixstowe
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys varied, autonomous work, building relationships with customers while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment
*Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
*Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and parts management
*Deliver excellent customer service on-site, acting as a company ambassador
*Identify upsell opportunities and additional work where appropriate
*Ensure full health & safety compliance at all times

About You
We’re looking for candidates with a strong engineering mindset and practical experience, ideally from one of the following backgrounds:
*Automotive / Vehicle Technician
*HGV / Plant / Forklift Engineering
*Agricultural or Military Engineering
You’ll also have:
*Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
*Experience working in a field-based or customer-facing role
*The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
*A full UK driving licence
