What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Oversee the financial management of two UK entities within a diversified group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Lead integration of financial processes and systems across the UK companies, driving efficiency and accuracy
• Manage cash flow forecasting, including delivering weekly 13-week rolling forecasts to senior leadership and operational teams
• Provide strategic insights into business performance through detailed analysis and scenario planning
• Support the growth and development of a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high standards
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience in multi-site SME settings and currency dealings
• Proven track record of managing financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow within manufacturing or similar sectors
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and scrutinise data, delivering actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and operational managers
• A proactive, self-starting approach with resilience to handle challenging forecasts and business queries
