IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park in Roborough, Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives and Paintline Operatives looking for long-term ongoing work, with the potential to become permanent.
You’ll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loading and unloading components from an overhead paint line conveyor and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
What We Offer*£17.20 per hour.
*Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am.
*Temporary, ongoing work with potential for permanent employment.

Key Duties*Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.
*Check the quality of components and handle parts carefully.
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
*Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements*Good attention to detail.
*Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
*Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
*Ability to follow clear instructions.
*Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
*Willingness to complete a basic DBS check.
*Willingness to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
