This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist professional indemnity team acting on complex, high-value professional indemnity disputes for leading insurer and professional services clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to work on challenging cases in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Role
*Manage your own caseload of professional indemnity matters
*Defend claims against construction professionals, solicitors and other professional service providers
*Advise on insurance coverage and policy disputes
*Work alongside recognised experts on complex, high-value litigation
*Play an active role in client relationships and business development
About You
*5+ years’ PQE
*Strong professional indemnity experience
*Background in defending claims against construction professionals and/or solicitors
*Experience of insurance litigation and coverage analysis
*Commercial, client-focused and technically strong
