A well-established Doncaster law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to take on a varied caseload of high quality private client work within a respected local practice.
You will manage your own caseload while providing a high level of client care and working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
*Deal with Wills, probate applications and estate administration
*Handle lasting powers of attorney and trust administration
*Advise on inheritance tax planning
*Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients
*Attend client meetings and appointments where required
*Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
Requirements
*At least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client
*Strong experience across a broad range of private client matters
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to manage a caseload effectively
*Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
