What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful completion
*Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to vendors
*Registering and qualifying buyers, matching them to suitable properties
*Generating new business and contributing to winning instructions
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange and completion
*Supporting the wider sales team and contributing to branch targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
*Strong background as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
*Previous sales listing and valuations experience would be helpful
*Excellent negotiation and sales ability with a proven track record
*Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
*Professional, articulate, well presented and self-motivated
*Good knowledge of Cheam and the surrounding local property market
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own car essential
