Location: Tadcaster, North Yorkshir
Pay Rate: £14.46ph Monday-Friday until 10pm, £19.48ph After 10pm Friday until 10pm Sunday
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am
Shifts: rotating days and nights shift patterns
Overtime: Weekend overtime available
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Potential Long-Term Opportunities
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised brewery, working within a fast-paced production environment where quality, teamwork and safety are at the heart of everything they do.
As a Bottling Operative, you will play a key role in the packaging and bottling process, ensuring products are produced to the highest standards whilst meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging equipment
*Loading materials onto production lines
*Carrying out quality inspections on bottles, labels and finished products
*Packing products and preparing them for dispatch
*Identifying and removing defective products
*Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the production area
*Supporting line changeovers and production activities
*Following all health & safety and food safety procedures
*Reporting machinery faults, quality concerns or safety issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or FMCG environments is desirable
*Experience working with machinery would be advantageous but not essential
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Good communication skills
*Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Commitment to working safely at all times
