The Company you will be working with;
MTrec Commercial are currently supporting our highly successful and prestigious client on their search for an experienced Transport Planner to join their growing team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
*Successfully manage an established and reputable HGV fleet
*Successfully plan and maintain an HGV fleet
*Ensure clear and pro-active communication with drivers and customers alike
*Costing and planning routes for the HGV fleet
*Ensuring excellent administration at all times throughout planning and execution
*Laise with contractors as and when required
*Representing our client’s brand in a professional and diligent manner at all times
*Managing sub-contractors when required to do so
About you;
*Proven experience working with HVG Fleet
*Proven transport planning experience
*Costings and financial experience in regards to transport planning
*Extremely comfortable dealing with customers, drivers and clients
*Previous route planning experience
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Excellent planning ability
*Knowledge and prior experience of curtain sizes and similar related aspects hugely beneficial
