If you’re someone who knows how to keep busy lawyers organised, stays calm when priorities change and takes pride in being the person everyone can rely on - we want to hear from you.
THE ROLEYou’ll be providing high-level PA support within a busy legal team, acting as a key point of contact and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
You’ll be trusted with:
Complex diary management
Meeting and travel coordination
Preparing and formatting legal documents
Managing emails and correspondence
Billing and time recording
Client and team administration
Supporting lawyers with their day-to-day workload
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF... You have previous Legal PA experience within a law firm
You’re confident supporting busy lawyers
You’re highly organised and naturally proactive
You have excellent attention to detail
You can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
You’re approachable, professional and a great communicator
