VAT ManagerAre you a VAT specialist looking for a role that combines technical advisory work, client management, team leadership and business development?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing indirect tax team where you’ll advise a broad range of SMEs and larger businesses on complex VAT matters while helping to develop both clients and junior team members.
What You’ll Be Doing*Delivering high-quality VAT advisory services across a varied client portfolio.
*Advising on complex VAT issues, including cross-border transactions, VAT planning and risk management.
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships.
*Supporting senior leadership on technical VAT matters.
*Identifying opportunities for additional advisory work and cross-selling services.
*Leading, mentoring and developing junior members of the VAT team.
*Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
*Keeping up to date with VAT legislation and sharing knowledge across the team.
What We’re Looking For*ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification.
*Strong VAT advisory experience gained within practice.
*Excellent technical knowledge of UK VAT.
*Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
*Strong client relationship and business development skills.
*Experience leading and developing junior team members.
*Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
*Strong organisational and project management abilities.
