9am-5pm (1hr lunch)
Up to £14.36 per hour (Depending on Experience)
ASAP - 4 Weeks (Possibility to be extended or taken on permanently for the right person)
Must have previous Outbound Sales Experience
Our client, a dynamic organisation within the Manufacturing of Medical Equipment, is seeking a Temporary Outbound Sales Executive to join their team during a busy period of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to engage with a variety of healthcare organisations across the UK, promoting vital equipment and services that enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
*Proactively contact existing customers to explore opportunities for additional products and services.
*Focus on upselling calibration and servicing solutions to clients who have previously purchased equipment.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying ways to add value and boost account revenue.
*Follow up on warm leads generated from the existing customer base, making a high volume of outbound calls.
*Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific products and servicing needs.
*Accurately manage and update customer information within the CRM system.
*Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in sales, telesales, account management or customer service roles is essential.

*Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
