Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
A Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team in Greater Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ or Junior Solicitor to build a career in claimant clinical negligence, working on high-quality and genuinely rewarding cases within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
The Role
You’ll handle your own caseload of clinical negligence and medical negligence claims, working closely with clients, medical experts and colleagues to progress matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
The team handles a broad range of claims, giving you exposure to varied and technically interesting work. As your experience develops, you’ll have the opportunity to take on increasingly complex matters and build your expertise.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or equivalent with up to 3 years’ PQE and a genuine interest in developing your career in Clinical Negligence.
Ideally, you’ll have some experience handling clinical negligence or medical negligence claims. Candidates with a background in serious or catastrophic injury will also be considered.
You’ll have strong communication and client care skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively within a busy litigation environment.
