Job Description:
Full job descriptionA well-established manufacturing business is looking for a Machine Operator to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to work on high quality print and packaging products within a busy production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient production.
Paying up to £19.00 per hour depending on experience, based in Thame. 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday and 2:00pm to midnight Monday to Thursday. On site parking available.
Duties:
*Set up and operate machinery
*Monitor machine performance and adjust settings where required
*Read and follow job specifications and production instructions
*Complete routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
*Work closely with production and design teams
*Maintain quality standards and follow health and safety procedures
*Support continuous improvement across production processes
Experience/Skills:
*Previous experience as a Machine Operator
*Knowledge of production environments and workflows
*Ability to interpret job specifications and production instructions accurately
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
*Ability to work effectively within a team
