*Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
*Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
*Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
*Supporting clients with their temporary staffing requirements
*Providing an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates
*Maintaining accurate records and recruitment activity using company systems
*Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and business goals
