Looking for a hands-on role with long-term career potential? We’re recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join a leading glass production facility in Wellingborough. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
No glass manufacturing experience? No problem. Full training is provided, giving you the chance to develop valuable skills and build a long-term career within a growing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing*Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
*Inspecting products and carrying out quality checks
*Handling glass products with care and attention
*Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
*Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
*Able to work consistently in a manufacturing environment
*Previous manufacturing or glass industry experience is advantageous but not essential
*Only FULL TIME
