People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based at Westminster Industrial Estate, Repton Road, Measham, Swadlincote.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy healthcare warehouse offering ongoing work, weekly pay and a great working environment.
The role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Picker Packer, PPT Operative, Loading Operative, or General Warehouse Operative.
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 08:00 – 16:30
Rates of Pay: £13.25 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Picking and packing healthcare products and warehouse orders
* Loading and unloading goods
* Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
* Moving stock around the warehouse
* Receiving and checking incoming goods
* Organising stock and preparing orders for delivery
* Supporting general warehouse duties as required
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures
* The role involves general warehouse duties and is not particularly heavy, although some manual handling will be required.
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
* Reliable and hardworking approach
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility to undertake a variety of warehouse duties
Desirable Experience
* Previous warehouse experience
* PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience
* Picking and packing experience
* Loading and unloading experience
* Pallet wrapping experience
* PPT experience is highly desirable and would be a major advantage.
Training Provided
* Full training provided
* Ongoing support throughout your assignment
* Training on site procedures and warehouse processes
