Full job descriptionAre you an engaging Secondary Teacher with strong subject knowledge in Drama and English?
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Drama & English Teacher to cover a short-term supply post at Harris Academy Beulah Hill in Croydon. This is a full-time, initially 1-month contract starting at the beginning of the autumn term, covering classes across all secondary year groups including Sixth Form.
Role Overview
*Delivering creative and curriculum-focused lessons in both Drama and English.
*Teaching across all secondary key stages: Years , and 13.
*Maintaining high standards of behaviour, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
*Working closely with the department to ensure smooth continuity of learning.
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent secondary teaching experience.
*Strong subject specialism in Drama with the ability to teach English.
*Experience managing secondary classrooms across Key Stage 3 through Key Stage 5.
*Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
*Full right to work in the UK.
