Financial AdviserLocation: Putney, South London
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Working Pattern: Hybrid
The OpportunityWe are working with a growing national financial services firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join their Adviser team in Putney.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice, but who is looking for a predominantly hybrid role.
You will work with clients primarily over the phone and Microsoft Teams, providing tailored advice while helping clients achieve their longer-term financial goals.
The RoleAs a Financial Adviser, you will:
*Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and tax planning.
*Conduct detailed reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, needs and objectives.
*Research and recommend suitable solutions in line with the firm’s investment proposition.
*Prepare and present clear, personalised financial plans and suitability reports.
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
*Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business growth.
*Ensure all advice and client documentation meets FCA, Consumer Duty and internal compliance standards.
*Maintain accurate client records and complete relevant KYC/AML requirements.
*Identify and appropriately support vulnerable clients.
*Keep up to date with CPD, regulatory requirements and professional development.
*Work closely with Adviser Support and Paraplanning colleagues as part of a collaborative team.
About YouWe’re looking for an experienced Financial Adviser who has:
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent).
*Demonstrable experience providing regulated financial advice.
*Strong technical knowledge across financial products, investments and pensions.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly.
*A strong focus on client outcomes, compliance and delivering excellent service.
*The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
A Level 6 / Chartered Financial Planner qualification or specialist accreditations would be advantageous but are not essential.
