Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing services to clients and candidates.

About the role

You’ll play a key part in keeping recruitment operations running smoothly, handling data, supporting consultants, and ensuring a professional experience for candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

* Provide administrative support across the recruitment process
* Manage and update candidate, client, and vacancy data using CRM systems
* Processing vacancy booking confirmations to candidates and clients
* Respond to queries and deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and compliance standards
* Assist with reports, documentation, and general office administration

What we’re looking for

* Strong administrative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Additional information
Coventry City Centre Location. 37.5 hours per week 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. Temp to Perm Opportunity
