£27.29 per hour PAYE (approx. £53,200.00 per annum + 28 days holiday)
Full Time
Location: Maldon, CM9 5DL
2 days per week on site, 3 days work from home
The role:
Reporting into the Technical Support Team Leader, you will:
*Support the day-to-day management, workflow and prioritisation of Technical Support and Validation Officers
*Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer and internal enquiries
*Help drive service improvement, consistency and resilience across Development Management processes
*Support staff development, performance management and training
The experience you will bring:
*Strong experience in Development Management and/or Building Control environments
*Confidence managing workflows, priorities and competing demands
*The ability to support and develop others through coaching, guidance and clear communication
*Experience contributing to business or process improvement initiatives
*A customer-focused approach, with the confidence to handle complex or contentious enquiries
