Full job descriptionMy client is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic organisation and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business.
The role will involve:
*Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
*Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
*Advising on HR policies, procedures and best practice
*Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
*Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives
*CIPD qualification or working towards this would be advantageous
