IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our client on a long-term commercial project based in Bath. This role offers consistent work for 57 weeks with a well-established contractor.
Key Duties*Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.
*Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.
*Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.
*Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.
Requirements*Valid CSCS card.
*Current Traffic Marshal NPORS card or CPCS
*Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves, goggles).
*Strong communication skills and reliability.
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What We Offer*Excellent pay rate of £17.70 per hour (CIS).
*Long-term project with approximately 57 weeks of consistent work.
