Full job descriptionUS/UK Tax Senior ManagerA leading international tax advisory practice is looking to appoint a US/UK Tax Senior Manager to join its growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dual-qualified tax professional to take on a senior leadership role within a firm known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and ambitious growth plans.
The successful candidate will work with a sophisticated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and internationally mobile clients, advising on complex cross-border US and UK tax matters. With a strong pipeline of new work and continued investment in the team, this role offers significant scope for progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the future success of the practice.
The RoleKey responsibilities include:
*Managing a diverse portfolio of US and UK private clients with complex cross-border tax affairs.
*Delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services across US and UK tax matters.
*Advising clients on residency, domicile, expatriate taxation, trusts, and wealth structuring issues.
*Reviewing complex US and UK tax returns and overseeing client deliverables.
*Acting as the primary point of contact for key client relationships.
*Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth.
*Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
*Working closely with Partners on strategic projects and technical advisory assignments.
About You*Significant experience in US and UK private client tax.
*Strong technical knowledge of cross-border tax issues affecting internationally mobile individuals.
*EA, CPA, ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
*Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
*Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
