CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing South Yorkshire law firm in the recruitment of an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal.

The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced commercial property team, you’ll play a key role in supporting a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, develop your technical skills and become an integral part of a friendly and highly supportive team.
A structured onboarding and training programme will ensure you are set up for success from day one, with clear opportunities for long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with a broad range of commercial property transactions
*Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
*Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
*Carrying out searches, enquiries and Land Registry applications
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
*Supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and legal work
*Maintaining excellent client service throughout each transaction

About You
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or within residential conveyancing
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
*A proactive and adaptable approach to work
*Strong communication and client care skills
*The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
