Full job descriptionUS/UK Tax ManagerA highly respected and rapidly growing international advisory firm is looking to appoint a US/UK Tax Manager to join its expanding Financial Services tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dual-handler to work with a sophisticated client base while developing their career within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
The OpportunityWorking closely with senior leadership, you will advise a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and investment professionals with complex cross-border tax matters. The role offers exposure to a broad range of US and UK tax compliance and advisory work, with increasing opportunities to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
This position would suit someone looking to move into a business that combines the technical quality of a larger firm with the agility, culture and career progression opportunities of a growing specialist practice.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of US and UK private clients within the Financial Services sector.
*Review and prepare complex US and UK individual tax returns.
*Provide advice on cross-border tax planning, residency, domicile and expatriate matters.
*Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing strong long-term relationships.
*Support junior team members through coaching and technical development.
*Collaborate with colleagues across tax, accounting and advisory teams on multidisciplinary engagements.
*Identify opportunities to enhance client service and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You*Experience managing US and UK private client tax matters.
*Strong knowledge of cross-border taxation and expatriate tax issues.
*Enrolled Agent, CPA, ATT, CTA or equivalent qualification preferred.
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Ambitious, collaborative and keen to develop within a growing business.
