Location: Northampton
Salary: £12.71 - £13.50 p/h (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday’s 07:30-12:30
We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Northampton. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, helping to ensure products are completed to a high standard before being dispatched to customers.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out visual checks on finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
*Identify any faults, defects, or issues and report them to the relevant team member.
*Perform basic product finishing tasks where required.
*Support production processes and ensure work is completed accurately.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
*Follow company quality procedures and health & safety guidelines.
*Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

*Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
*Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
*Ability to follow instructions and work to agreed standards.
