Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Relevant childcare qualifications are essential.
- Experience in managing a team and handling conflict resolution is desirable.
