A well established and respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE to manage a varied and high quality caseload, working within a supportive and forward thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Advise clients on mental capacity matters
*Handle Court of Protection work
*Deal with probate and estate administration
*Advise on trusts and tax planning
*Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Provide clear, practical and high quality legal advice
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE in Private Client
*Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Proactive approach to managing a caseload
*Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
